MailBurst ("we", "our", "us") is an email marketing platform operated by Mailburst, accessible at https://www.mailburst.in. We help businesses send marketing campaigns to their subscribers via email.
We collect the following types of data: • Account Data: Your name, email address, and password when you register. • Profile Data: Business name, sender email, sender name, and billing information. • Campaign Data: Email content and campaign names you create. • Subscriber Data: Names and email addresses of your subscribers that you import or collect via our opt-in forms. • Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the platform.
We use your data to: • Provide and operate the MailBurst platform and its features. • Send email campaigns on your behalf to your subscribers. • Process payments and manage your subscription. • Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, account alerts). • Improve our services and fix bugs. • Comply with legal obligations.
Your subscribers' data (names, emails) belongs to you. We process it only to deliver campaigns you initiate. We do not: • Sell subscriber data to third parties. • Use subscriber data for our own marketing. • Share subscriber data with other MailBurst customers. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your subscribers before importing their data or sending them messages.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS). We implement industry-standard security measures including: • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS). • Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials. • Role-based access controls. • Regular security audits.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Campaign history and subscriber data are retained until you delete them or close your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We use the following third-party services: • Supabase — Database and authentication (https://supabase.com) • Amazon SES / Resend — Email delivery • Stripe — Payment processing • Google Cloud Run — Application hosting Each provider has their own privacy policy governing data they process.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect platform functionality.
