Pricing questions
- Do you charge separately for contact storage?
- No. Each plan bundles a contact limit and a monthly send limit together, so you are not billed twice for the same list.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly send limit?
- Sending pauses rather than silently billing you overage. You can upgrade mid-cycle and the new limit applies immediately.
- Is there a free tier?
- Yes — 100 contacts and 100 emails per month, at no cost and with no card required. It is intended for testing and small personal newsletters.
- Can I use my own sending domain?
- Custom sender domains are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans, including the DNS records needed for authentication.
